We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit card in AED currency.
If you make a payment for our products or services on our website, the details you are asked to submit will be provided directly to our payment provider via a secured connection.
The cardholder must retain a copy of transaction records and Merchant policies and rules.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
Delivery date is subject to availability, quantity and destination of the order.

This website will NOT deal or provide any services or products to any of OFAC sanctions countries in accordance with the law of UAE.
Multiple shipments may result in multiple postings to the cardholder’s monthly statement
Because we are selling food products, we can only offer refunds for unopened items with a return request within 24 hours of your delivery, and those items must be returned within 48 hours from the return request. Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee, and shipping fees are non-refundable. Returns must be sent via a trackable and insured method at the customer's expense (you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item).
To be eligible for a return, no more than 10% of items consumed, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned; fudge products, Oreo products, marshmallow products, custom orders and party platters cannot be returned.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment minus a 20% restocking fee and the original shipping fees. Refunds will be done only through the Original Mode of Payment.
Cocoville wants to ensure you are completely satisfied with our delicious chocolate. Accordingly, we guarantee delivery of all orders purchased directly through this Cocoville (UAE) website to arrive in excellent condition at the specified shipping address provided. Cocoville cannot be responsible for orders returned to us due to invalid addresses, or over 10% consumed. Once items are returned to Cocoville they are no longer saleable.
Items may be exchanged for identical products ONLY. An exchange will be granted only if the items received were damaged in shipping or if a chocolate product melted in transit and notified to the delivery driver.
